It all begins with a single class. A class that relieves you of your back pain, your nerve spasm, your restless mind. This is for visitors, guests, and those opening their minds to the power of yoga. The classes are $10 to rent and expires after 168 hours. You have a whole week to take that class as much as you want! Grab friends, challenge yourself, close your eyes, breathe and heal together.

You are an intelligent human that is interested in the science supporting this practice and the healing it brings to the body, mind and spirit. I am honored to guide you on this journey further into self-awareness, self-healing and self-love. You know your purpose here and understand that in order to best serve others in this life you must first take care of yourself.
